Visiting Hours and Gift Shop

When Are Visiting Hours?

Because you will be busy reaching the goals that you, your family, and your care team have set for you, you may find that you are not spending much time in your room, which is an important message to convey to visitors who may be expecting to find you there throughout the day. There will be time for rest and visiting, but your schedule may take you to the therapy gym, our activities for daily living (ADL) apartment, and depending on your condition, possibly even outside to enjoy the beautiful wooded campus and therapeutic gardens.

Visitors are welcome daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Your family members are welcome to attend your therapy sessions between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Other visitors can spend time with you between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. or after 4 p.m. As a courtesy to others, please limit the number of visitors in your room to two. Please note, visitors under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Marianjoy Gift Shop

When visiting Marianjoy, stop by the Gift Shop located on the first floor of the hospital next to Admissions. Our gift shop carries a beautiful selection of floral arrangements, gifts for all ages, greeting cards, jewelry, toys, and snacks.

The gift shop is run by the Marianjoy Auxiliary and staffed by Auxiliary members and volunteers.   Proceeds from the Marianjoy Gift Shop help support the work of the Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital and the Marianjoy Foundation.

In addition to managing the gift shop, the Marianjoy Auxiliary also organizes and hosts several fundraising events, including spring and fall luncheons. This group of devoted individuals is dedicated to supporting the efforts of the Marianjoy Foundation.

Gift shop hours vary, so please call 630-909-7070 in advance to confirm. For more information on the Auxiliary, please contact Eileen Belokin at 630-909-7390 or email her at ebelokin@marianjoy.org
