Mary Keen, M.D., Marianjoy Medical Director of Pediatric Rehabilitation, Named Favorite Kids Docs by Chicago ParentWheaton, IL (July 6, 2011) – Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital’s Medical Director of Pediatric Rehabilitation, Mary Keen, M.D., has been named one of Chicago Parent’s Favorite Kids Docs. Dr. Keen is one of 300 Chicagoland doctors nominated by one or more readers of the award-winning magazine. Dr. Keen is active in patient care, research, and education at Marianjoy; she focuses on children with developmental difficulties such as autism, brain injuries, and cerebral palsy. She is board certified in four specialty areas – physical medicine and rehabilitation; pediatrics; pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation; and pediatric neurodevelopmental disabilities. She also serves as a clinical associate professor at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and as an attending physician in the Departments of Pediatrics and Orthopedic Surgery Section of Rehabilitation Medicine. She is a founding board member and medical director of Almost Home Kids (formerly known as CoachCare Center) in Naperville. Dr. Keen was recently named one of America’s Top Doctors in 2011 by Castle Connolly.
